Store Policies

Wait time on leather goods:

At Premo.us we only sell what is already in stock and ready to ship. Our shipping time can vary between 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Usually we ship multiple times a week on Wed and Fri.

Custom orders:

Though we don't do many custom orders, there are some rules with custom products. There are no refunds or returns of any kind on custom orders as it is not meant for anyone but you. Wait time on custom orders can exceed 6-8 weeks. There is no guarantee on the delivery time of custom orders.

Returns and refunds on leather products:

If the need for a refund is required before the product is shipped a refund will be issued within 15 business days. If a refund is required after the product has shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back in original, unused condition. Upon inspection of the item, the customer will receive a refund of the full amount minus a $10 restock fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the return. Returns and refunds are only valid within 15 days of delivery. If refund is given, the customer will receive the refund within 15 business days. As stated above there are no refunds of custom orders of any kind, no exceptions.

Warranty on leather products:

Premo leather offers a lifetime warranty on all stitched products. This means that for the life of your product, you can rest easy knowing that your stitching on your wallet or clutch is covered for life. If it breaks (which it likely never will) simply send it back and we will restitch the product and refinish the edges. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for shipping it to Premo Leather.

Digital work and logos:

all digital work is non refundable because of its non physical nature and time based pricing. Each logo package does not have a specific time frame of completion because customer preference varies. 100% satisfaction is guaranteed, it will be worked on until it’s complete and done to your liking. Additional funds may be required (but is not regular practice) if your commission takes more than a reasonable amount of time due to your own preferences.
